Lloyds Banking Group PLC - London-based lender - Chief Financial Officer William Chalmers buys 1.0 million shares at 26.87p, worth GBP268,700, on Monday. On Friday last week, Non-Executive Director James Lupton also had bought 1.0 million shares at 26.2 pence, worth GBP262,000.

Babcock International Group PLC - London-based aerospace and defence - Anthony Heggs, associate of Chair Ruth Cairnie, buys 10,000 shares at GBP2.52, worth GBP25,190, on Tuesday.

IMImobile PLC - London-based communications software - Chief Operating Officer Aseem Sadana buys 49,387 shares at average 340.65p, worth GBP168,237, on Tuesday and Friday last week. Now has 245,617 shares.

Bluebird Merchant Ventures Ltd - Korean focused gold development - Kensington Trust Singapore Ltd buys 1.3 million shares from Momentum Resources at average 2.38p per share, on Tuesday. Bluebird Chief Executive Officer Colin Patterson is associated with Kensington and has a minority interest in Momentum. Kensington, which is Bluebird's largest shareholder, now has 69.9 million shares, an 18% stake.
