Gear4Music PLC - York, England-based musical instruments retailer - Confirms that directors, including Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wass, sold 900,000 shares at 730 pence, worth GBP6.6 million, on Tuesday. The shares represent a 4.3% stake in the company. Wass sold 810,000 shares and now has 6.4 million left, a 30.3% stake. Chief Financial Officer Chris Scott, Chief Commercial Officer Gareth Bevan and Non-Executive Director Dean Murray each sold 30,000 and now have 74,840, 84,760 and 167,520 shares, respectively. Their plans to sell the shares were first announced on Tuesday.

IG Design Group PLC - Milton Keynes-based consumer gift packaging - Non-Executive Chair John Charlton sells 200,000 shares at 580p, worth GBP1.2 million, on Tuesday. Charlton still has 99,616 shares, a 0.1% stake. Non-Executive Director Elaine Bond sells 15,000 shares at 572p on Tuesday and now has 4,301 shares.
