IG Design Group PLC - Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire-based consumer gift packaging - Chief Executive Officer Paul Fineman sells 87,304 shares via Howard Gary Fineman Intestacy Trust at 605.0 pence, worth GBP528,189, on Thursday. The trust continues to hold 87,304 shares, having sold half its holding.

Tiziana Life Sciences PLC - London-based therapeutics for oncology, inflammation and infectious diseases - Executive Chair Gabriele Cerrone buys 35,000 shares via Panetta Partners Ltd at 78p, worth GBP27,300, on Wednesday. Cerrone's interest remains about 34.1%.

React Group PLC - South Derbyshire-based cleaning, hygiene and decontamination - Non-Executive Director Rob Gilbert buys 740,185 shares at 1.35p, worth GBP9,992, on Wednesday. Now has 6.0 million shares, a 0.2% stake. CEO Shaun Doak buys 150,000 at 1.33p, also on Wednesday. They are his only shares.

Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based land and property regeneration - Non-Executive Director Patrick Bourke buys 40,000 shares at GBP1.05, worth GBP41,900, on Thursday. Bourke joined the board at the start of November. He is the former finance director of John Laing Group PLC, stepping down in 2019.

Jaywing PLC - Sheffield, England-based data-driven media consultancy - CEO Andrew Fryatt buys 96,969 shares at 6.6p, worth GBP6,400, on Thursday. They are his only shares, having been appointed as CEO in March.
