Superdry PLC - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based clothing retailer - Julian Dunkerton, founder & chief executive, buys 148,177 shares at GBP1.40, worth GBP207,448 on Thursday. Dunkerton has bought 1.1 million shares this week, after Superdry on Monday reported a pretax loss of GBP166.9 million in its financial year that ended April 25, widened significantly from GBP89.3 million the year prior. This was as revenue fell 19% to GBP704.4 million from GBP871.7 million. Dunkerton holds about 20% of Superdry shares, according to Morningstar. Also on Thursday, Non-Executive Director Peter Williams buys 25,000 shares at GBP1.42 and 25,000 at GBP1.46, together worth GBP72,046.

SIG PLC - London-based supplier of specialist construction products - Virginia Lovell, associate of Non-Executive Director Alan Lovell, buys 80,000 shares at average 24.25p, worth GBP19,400, on Friday.

Homeserve PLC - Walsall, England-based home repairs and improvements - Independent Non-Executive Director Olivier Gremillon buys 2,000 shares at GBP12.26, worth GBP24,520, on Friday.

H&T Group PLC - Surrey, England-based pawnbroker - Chief Financial Officer Richard Withers buys 10,000 shares at 267 pence and Executive Director Chris Gillespie buys 60,000 shares at 272p, together worth GBP189,900, on Wednesday. Gillespie joined H&T this month, having been managing director of the Consumer Credit division of Provident Financial PLC.

Mercia Asset Management PLC - regionally focused specialist asset manager - Five directors and senior managers, led by Non-Executive Director Ray Chamberlain, buy 1.5 million shares mostly at 20.00p, worth about GBP300,000, all on Thursday. Chamberlain buys 1.2 million shares and now has 66.0 million, a 15% stake. Non-Executive Chair Ian Metcalfe buys 50,000 and how has 242,609, CFO Martin Glanfield buys 171,495 and now has 1.0 million, Chief Investment Officer Julian Viggars buys 52,910 and now has 686,385, and Chief Operating Officer Peter Dines buys 50,000 and now has 288,499.

Supply@Me Capital PLC - Non-Executive Chair Dominic White on Thursday sells 295.5 million shares at 0.495p, worth GBP1.5 million, to cover his costs related to the Supply@Me listing, which took place in March. Still has 5.2 million shares, a 19.5% stake. Supply@Me also clarified that the call option purchased by CEO Alessandro Zamboni via Orchestra Group was an arms-length arrangement with a regulated institution unrelated to Orchestra. Supply@Me had said on Thursday that Orchestra, owned by Zamboni, bought an option to receive 630.0 million shares if share price is above 0.6945 pence on December 31. The option cost GBP1.1 million.
