Croda International PLC - Chief Executive Officer Steve Foots sells 27,243 shares in the speciality chemicals company at GBP50.13, worth GBP1.4 million, on Wednesday.

Greencore Group PLC - Non-Executive Director Paul Drechsler buys 37,000 shares at GBP1.37, worth GBP50,653, on Wednesday. Drechsler, the former chief financial officer of Marks & Spencer Group PLC and finance director of John Lewis Partnership, joined the Greencore board on May 1.

Frenkel Topping Group PLC - Norma Fraser, wife of CEO Richard Fraser, sells 505,841 shares from SIPP for tax planning purposes - 205,841 shares at 36.39p on Tuesday and 300,000 at 37.41p on Friday last week. After the sale, worth just under GBP185,000, Norman Fraser now is interested in 2.1 million shares, a 2.7% stake.
