Jansen buys 1.8 million shares. Magdalena Du Plessis, an associate of Jan Du Plessis, buys 500,000. Non-Executive Director Iain Conn, the former Centrica PLC chief executive, buys 50,000. Karen Key, an associate of Non-Executive Director Matthew Key, buys 45,753 shares.
