4th Jan 2021 15:20

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Bluejay Mining PLC - exploration and development in Greenland and Finland - Chief Executive Officer Roderick McIllree sells 20.0 million shares at 14.5 pence, worth GBP2.9 million, on Thursday last week. Bluejay notes McIllree's off-market sale was to a single, undisclosed entity and was at a premium to the day's closing price of 12.28p. The CEO continues to have 75.7 million shares, a 7.7% stake. "The purchasing entity has also expressed an interest in acquiring further shares 'on market' during 2021," Bluejay says.

----------

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC - London-based private and commercial banking - Non-Executive Director Nigel Boardman buys 2,250 shares at GBP7.87, worth GBP17,708, on Tuesday and Wednesday last week. Now has 7,270 shares.

----------

Mkango Resources Ltd - exploration for rare earth elements in Malawi - Non-Executive Director Shaun Treacy exercises warrants for 1.2 million new shares at 6.6p, worth GBP79,200 to Mkango. Treacy now has a 1.4% stake. Separately, Talaxis Ltd agreed to an amendment to warrants it held. Talaxis, part of Noble Group Holdings Ltd, agreed to a cashless exercise for 1.0 million new shares in place of 12.0 million shares paid at the same 6.6p. Mkango says the agreement with Talaxis minimises the potential dilution to other shareholders.

----------

Star Phoenix Group Ltd - oilfield services in Trinidad and oil and gas interest in Indonesia - Issues 7.2 million shares at 1.67p each to two executive directors in lieu of accrued salaries, in order to preserve cash. Executive Chair Zhiwei Gu receives 5.5 million shares worth USD125,000 and Chief Operating Officer Lubing Liu receives 1.7 million, worth USD39,452. The new shares represent almost all of Gu's holding, a 3.7% stake, and all of Liu's holding, a 1.2% stake.
