Anpario PLC - specialist feed additive technologies company - Finance Director Karen Prior sells 56,064 shares at a price of 400.00 pence each, totalling GBP224,256. Following the sale, which was completed on Thursday, Prior's holding in Anpario is 74,751 shares, representing 0.3% stake.

Power Metal Resources PLC - metal exploration and development company - Non-Executive Director Edmund Shaw acquired 1.0 million shares at a price of 1.30p each, worth GBP12,985. Following this transaction, which was completed on Friday, Shaw has a beneficial interest in a total of 13.5 million shares, representing 1.7% stake. In addition, Chief Executive Officer Paul Johnson purchases 500,000 shares at a price of 1.15p each, worth GBP5,750, in a transaction on Thursday. He also bought 1.0 million shares at 1.30p each, totalling GBP13,010.
