LONDON (Alliance News) - GetBusy PLC on Monday said that City Financial Investment Co Ltd exited its stake in the firm, meanwhile FMR LLC upped its stake in the company in transactions last Friday.
In a brace of deals completed last Friday, City Financial exited its 5.3% stake in GetBusy just as FMR upped its interest in the software company to 9.1% from a previous undisclosed stake below the 5% notifiable threshold.
