LONDON (Alliance News) - Location intelligence services company Ubisense Group PLC said it has appointed Richard Petti as chief executive officer with immediate effect.
Peter Haverson, currently Ubisense's executive chairman, will revert to a non-executive role in the first half of 2017.
Petti replaces Richard Green, who left as Ubisense CEO back in May.
Petti is the former CEO of Asset Control, a financial data management systems provider, prior to which he was chief operating officer at vehicle sensors manufacturer WEMA.
Ubisense shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 41.00 pence.
