18th May 2016 08:18

LONDON (Alliance News) - Location intelligence services company Ubisense Group PLC said its chief executive is to step down and its non-executive chairman will take on executive responsibilities with immediate effect.

Richard Green will step down as CEO after 14 years in the role, Ubisense said, for "personal reasons". The company said it is actively working to identify a successor.

Peter Haverson, Ubisense's chairman, will become executive chairman.

Ubisense shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 28.00 pence.
