Ubisense Appoints New CFO As Campbell Steps Aside After 10 Years

10th Feb 2014 08:51

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ubisense Group PLC Monday said it has appointed Robert Parker as its new Chief Financial Officer with effect from February 10.

In a statement, the location intelligence products company said Parker, 48, is joining from Optitune, and brings extensive experience in the strategic development and operational management of high growth, multicultural businesses.

"He has a proven track record of driving organic growth, executing M&A and raising finance in both the private and public markets," it said.

Parker replaces Gordon Campbell, who is stepping down after 10 years. Campbell is staying at Ubisense to facilitate the handover and also to focus on the continued integration of Geoplan Interworks K.K. and "other corporate projects".

Ubisense shares last traded at 249 pence.
