LONDON (Alliance News) - U & I Group PLC on Monday said it has been appointed to develop the Mayfield Quarter in Manchester and will commit up to GBP20 million to the GBP850 million regeneration project.
U & I intends to submit an outline planning application in the second quarter of 2017, and a detailed planning application for the first phase of development in the third quarter of 2017.
The property regeneration company has been appointed by the Mayfield Partnership, a consortium consisting of Manchester City council, Transport for Greater Manchester, and railway LCR.

U+I has built a successful track record working alongside public sector bodies to deliver innovative and award-winning schemes," said U & I Chief Executive Matthew Weiner in a statement.
