LONDON (Alliance News) - U & I Group PLC said Tuesday that the Mayor of London has approved its joint venture residential scheme with Brockton Capital in the Royal Borough of Kensington.
The regeneration developer and investor said the new scheme located at Kensington Church Street will deliver 55 new homes, including 35% affordable, a medical surgery, office and retail space.
"We, alongside our joint venture partner Brockton Capital, are pleased with this decision which will contribute much needed affordable housing in the borough, as well as a more accessible station," Chief Executive Matthew Weiner said.
Shares in the company were trading 1.3% lower at 227.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
