Tyman Raises GBP52 Million Via Share Issue To Fund US Purchase (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tyman PLC said late Wednesday that it raised GBP51.5 million in gross proceeds via a previously announced share placing to fund the USD101.0 million acquisition of US window and door hardware firm Ashland Hardware.

The door and window components company placed 17.8 million ordinary shares at 290 pence per share.

Shares in Tyman closed at 292.50p, down 5.3%.
