LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineered components provider Tyman PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Jo Hallas as its new chief executive officer to succeed Louis Eperjesi, who has decided to retire in 2019.
Hallas will join the Tyman board on March 1 and will then be appointed CEO on April 1, just after Eperjesi's retirement.
Hallas is currently Business Group director at FTSE 250-listed Spectris PLC, where she has responsibility for the In-line Instrumentation and Industrial Controls segments, Tyman said.
She is also non-executive director of Norcros PLC.
Tyman shares were trading down 1.4% at 255.00 pence each.
