(Alliance News) - Tyman PLC, a supplier of engineered components and access solutions to the construction industry, on Thursday said it has appointed Paul Withers as a non-executive director with effect from February 1, 2020.
Withers will succeed Mark Rollins, who will be stepping down from the board on March 31, 2020. He formerly served as group managing director at building materials business BPB PLC.
Tyman shares on Thursday closed 1.7% lower at 250.00 pence each in London.
