LONDON (Alliance News) - DiscoverIE Group PLC said Friday longstanding Non-Executive Directors Henrietta Marsh and Richard Brooman will retire at the end of its annual general meeting in July.
Marsh has served on the board since 2013, becoming remuneration committee chair in 2014. Brooman has also served as non-executive since 2013, also as audit committee chair.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Henrietta and Richard for their valuable contribution to the company over the last six years," DiscoverIE Chair Malcolm Diamond said. "We wish them both well for the future."
Shares in DiscoverIE closed 0.3% higher at 408.00 pence on Friday.
