(Alliance News) - JPMorgan Russian Securities PLC on Friday said it has appointed two non-executive directors and another two have retired.
Ashley Dunster and Nicholas Pink were appointed to the board as non-executive directors on November 1, following the departure on October 31 of Alexander Easton and George Nianias.
Dunster "was chief investment officer of of Capital Group's private equity business until the end of 2018 when he retired after 21 years service" while Pink was previously global head of research at UBS Investment Bank.
Shares in JPMorgan Russian Securities closed down 0.6% at 690.00 pence in London on Friday.
