LONDON (Alliance News) - Events and publishing firm Informa PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Cindy Rose and David Wei will stand down from their roles after the company's annual general meeting on Friday.
Rose has been part of Informa for six years, since 2013, while Wei joined in 2018 following the group's merger with UBM PLC.
Informa has already engaged an international search firm to assist with seeking replacements.
"On behalf of Informa, I'd like to thank both Cindy and David for their valuable contributions to the company. Cindy has served on the board for six years, providing considerable insight and counsel during a time when the group has grown and expanded significantly, whilst David's tenure over the last year has helped ensure a smooth and effective combination with UBM. We wish them both the best in the future," said Chair Derek Mapp.
Shares in Informa closed 0.3% lower at 769.60 pence on Tuesday.
