LONDON (Alliance News) - TwentyFour Income Fund Ltd said Wednesday that it raised GBP22.6 million through a placing of 18 million shares at a price of 125.769 pence per share.
The company said this was a 5% premium to its net asset value per share as at last Friday of 121.28 pence, excluding 1.5 pence per share representing an amount equal to the dividend per share for the quarter to end-September.
Shares in TwentyFour are trading down 0.2% at 127.25 pence Wednesday afternoon.
