Tungsten Promotes Non-Executive Director Tony Bromovsky As Chairman

9th Oct 2018 11:49

LONDON (Alliance News) - Electronic invoicing solutions provider Tungsten Corp said on Tuesday it has appointed Tony Bromovsky as chairman with immediate effect.

He will be replacing Nick Parker, who steps down from the role after three years since 2015, and will retire from the company at the end of October.

Bromovsky first joined Tungsten as non-executive director in August, and is currently executive director at investment firm Kilda Investments Ltd, which he founded in 1991 to invest in food production, micro-finance lending, pharmaceuticals, wineries and steelmaking industries.

Alongside Bromovsky, Duncan Goldie-Morrison has been appointed as non-executive director.

"On behalf of the board, I should like to thank Peter for his service to Tungsten over several years during which time he has demonstrated the highest standards of independence, objectivity and integrity. I should also like to offer Tony and Duncan my best wishes in their new roles and their efforts on behalf of all shareholders," Parker said.

Shares in Tungsten were down 5.4% at 45.00 pence on Tuesday.
