LONDON (Alliance News) - Tungsten Corp PLC on Thursday appointed Tony Bromovsky and Duncan Goldie-Morrison as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
The spend analytics provider said Bromovsky has previously served as a non-executive director of video platform Vertical Intelligence Ltd, publishing firm Local World Holdings Ltd, pharmaceutical company Chronos Therapeutics Ltd, biotechnology company Oxford Biodynamics Ltd and hospitals operator Circle Holdings OS Ltd.
Bromovsky also serves as an executive director of investment firm Kilda Investments Ltd, which he established in 1991 to invest in food production, micro-finance lending, pharmaceuticals, wineries and steelmaking industries.
Meanwhile, Goldie-Morrison spent his entire career in financial services. In 2003, Goldie-Morrison established a family investment vehicle Bradden Capital Management LLC, where he is now managing partner.
In addition, he is a director and part owner of supply chain finance company Orbian Corp and prepaid cards business Transact Payments Ltd.
Shares in Tungsten were trading 0.7% higher on Thursday at 60.40 pence each.
