LONDON (Alliance News) - Electronic invoicing, analytics and financing company Tungsten Corp PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed a new chairman and has made two non-executive appointments to its board.
Nick Parker, currently a non-executive director and the non-executive chairman of Tungsten Bank, will become the chairman of Tungsten Corp from September 24. He will replace Arnold Hoevenaars, who will retire on the same date, as will Lincoln Jopp, currently an executive director.
At the same time Parker will take up the chairmanship, David Benello and Ian Wheeler will join the board of the company as non-executive directors.
