(Alliance News) - TruFin PLC on Monday said its chair will not seek re-election at the fintech firm's upcoming annual general meeting, a non-executive director will take the reins following the AGM.
Harry Kenner, one of the company's founders and was also its first chief executive officer, will provide consultancy services to TruFin for 12 months following his June 26 departure.
Steve Baldwin, an independent director, will take up the chair role at the end of the AGM on June 26.
Baldwin said: "As a board we would like to express our gratitude to Henry for his leadership since the inception of TruFin. It was his vision and energy, with James by his side, that created the group, and each of the group's individual businesses have benefited greatly from his experience, judgement and counsel since that time. We are pleased to say that he will continue to provide his support as a consultant."
