LONDON (Alliance News) - Tritax EuroBox PLC on Tuesday launched a new placing of shares to secure funding for its investment pipeline.
The company did not disclose the number of shares to be issued but priced the placing at EUR1.10 per share, or 96.60 pence, per share.
Tritax EuroBox shares were trading down 1.2% at 96.42 pence each on Tuesday.
The placing is expected to close no later than Thursday.
Jefferies International Ltd and Kempen & Co NV are acting as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint financial advisers in relation to the placing.
