LONDON (Alliance News) - Triple Point Social Housing REIT on Thursday declared an interim dividend of 1.25 pence per share in respect of the period between October and December.
The payout will be issued to shareholders on the register at March 15 around March 29.
Following payment of the dividend, the real estate investment trust will have paid 5.0p to shareholders in respect of 2018, in line with its initial public offering target.
Triple Point shares were flat at 101.50p each on Thursday afternoon.
