(Alliance News) - Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC said Tuesday it has acquired four supported housing properties for GBP6.3 million in total.
The four properties, for individuals with mental health and other support and care needs, comprises 41 units with 35 units located in Yorkshire and six units in the east of England.
Triple Point has entered into new full repairing and insuring leases for each property for a period of between 20 and 25 years. The leases are with specialist housing associations including Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd, Care Housing Association, Falcon Housing Association, and Inclusion Housing.
Shares in the property investor were up 0.9% at 92.00 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
