(Alliance News) - Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC said Wednesday it has acquired 18 UK supported-living properties for GBP11.6 million in total.
The 18 units comprise 77 units, with 30 units in the West Midlands, 20 in the East Midlands, 11 in the South West, 6 in Yorkshire, 5 in Scotland and another 5 in the East.
Triple Point has entered into new full repairing and insuring leases for each property for periods of between 20 and 25 years.
The leases are with specialist housing associations including Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd, Falcon Housing Association, Hilldale Housing Association and Inclusion Housing.
Shares in the property investor were down 0.2% at 89.60 pence on Wednesday in London.
