Triple Point Social Housing Acquires 11 Properties For GBP15.2 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC said on Monday it has acquired 11 supported housing properties, made up of 74 units in total for GBP15.2 million.

56 units are located in the county of Greater London, and 18 units in the Midlands.

Triple Point has entered into new Full Repair and Insurance leases over the properties for a minimum of 20 years, with the option to extend to 25 years with specialist housing associations Chrysalis Supported Association, Encircle and Inclusion Housing.

Rents received under the leases will be subject to annual, upward-only rent reviews, increasing in line with inflation.

Shares in Triple Point Housing Association remained flat at 107.50 pence on Monday.
