(Alliance News) - Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC on Thursday declared a quarterly dividend of 1.27 pence for the third quarter of 2019.
Of the dividend for the three months ended September 30, 1.016p will be paid as a property income distribution, and the remaining 0.254p as an ordinary dividend.
The dividend payment is in line with Triple Point's dividend target of 5.095p for 2019.
The stock was up 0.9% on Friday in London at 87.60p.
