LONDON (Alliance News) - Tricor PLC Tuesday said its shares have been temporarily suspended from trading on AIM because it won't be in a position to publish its annual accounts by the deadline of Tuesday's close.
In a short statement, the company said it is working to publish the accounts as soon as possible. It didn't give the reason for the delay.
Tricor shares last traded at 1.30 pence.
