LONDON (Alliance News) - Tribal Group PLC on Wednesday said it has secured two further contracts in the UK and Australia.
In the UK, the education software company has secured an extension to its contract with schools watchdog Ofsted to provide quality assurance inspections. The contract, which had been due to expire in August this year, has been extended to March 2017, with a likely value to Tribal of over GBP18 million.
The company has also won a AUD2.5 million deal to provide student management systems to all technical and further education colleges in Tasmania.
Shares in Tribal were up 1.1% to 182.00 pence on Wednesday.
