LONDON (Alliance News) - Education software and services company Tribal Group PLC on Monday said it has struck a deal to acquire the entire issued share capital of Australian student management systems company Callista Software Services Pty Ltd.
Tribal will pay AUD3.6 million in cash to acquire Callista, payable in equal installments over three years.
"This transaction continues Tribal's development in Australia, and allows us swiftly to offer our proven university software capabilities to an increased number of new customers across Australia," said Tribal Chief Executive Keith Evans.
