29th Oct 2015 12:09

LONDON (Alliance News) - Treveria PLC on Thursday named Cameron Pearce as its new chairman and said he took part as the company conditionally raised EUR520,902 through a share placing.

Pearce, the chairman of CEB Resources PLC and non-executive director at Stallion Resources PLC, is a chartered accountant. He replaces Eitan Milgram, who resigned in August.

The German retail focused real estate investment company raised funds by placing 520.9 million new shares at EUR0.001 each.

Pearce participated in the placing, giving him 45.7 million shares. That is equivalent to a 4.1% stake in the company.

Shares in Treveria were up 11% to 0.361p on Thursday.
