(Alliance News) - Trellus Health PLC on Friday said it has appointed Richard Evans as chief financial officer on an interim basis, with immediate effect.
He will be replacing Salim Hamir, who was in the role on a part-time basis and will remain at the White Plains, New York-based digital health platform provider as company secretary.
Evans will be joining from Cardiff-based central laboratory assay manufacturer EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC, which he spent 11 years since 2011, leaving as chief operating officer and finance director.
Prior to that, he was part of Hitachi Data Systems GmbH for nine years from 2022 to 2011, leaving as global account director.
Trellus Health said it expects to recruit a permanent CFO later in 2022.

Shares in Trellus Health were down 3.6% at 45.55 pence on Friday in London.
