LONDON (Alliance News) - Ingredient supplier Treatt PLC said on Wednesday it has appointed two new non-independent directors, Yetunde Hofmann and Lynne Weedall, with effect on March 20 and April 6 respectively.
Hofmann is currently a non-executive director at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and her most recent executive role was at tobacco firm Imperial Brands PLC, where she left as human resources director in 2013.
Weedall is currently non-executive director at Greene King PLC for seven years since 2012, and has been the human resources director at retailer Selfridges Group for four years since 2015.
"I would like to welcome Yetunde and Lynne to Treatt. Their experience and knowledge further strengthen the board's skillset as the company pushes forward its strategy for progressive global growth over coming years," said Chair Tim Jones.
Shares in Treatt were up 3.4% at 445.00 pence on Wednesday.
