(Alliance News) - Trafalgar Property Group PLC on Monday said it received planning permission to build three new homes in Surrey.
Shares in the company were 39% higher at 0.16 pence each in London on Monday afternoon, giving the company a market capitalisation of roughly GBP748,000.
The property developer is to build the three "family houses" at Barnett Wood Lane, a road located in Ashtead, Surrey.
"The group has other sites in the planning system and looks forward to announcing further planning permissions in the near future," Trafalgar Property added.
