(Alliance News) - Trafalgar Property Group PLC on Friday said it has raised GBP125,000 through a placing of 125.0 million shares.
The south-east England-focused residential property developer said the shares were priced at 0.1 pence each. Its shares were untraded at 0.12p each on Friday morning.
The funds raised will provide Trafalgar Property with additional working capital.
The placing was conducted by the company's broker, Peterhouse Capital Ltd.
