Powerhouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley, England-based non-recyclable waste-to-energy conversion company - Provides an update on the progress of its Technical Centre at Bridgend. Says Thermal Conversion Chamber unit has been re-positioned and mechanically completed. Full geotechnical and topographical surveys also completed to allow for the placement of the produced water tank and nitrogen storage tank. This enables foundation designs to be completed and civil engineering works to begin in September. The final pieces of the Feedstock Testing Unit, the cyclone and pipe spools, are currently in fabrication offsite ready for installation. The target for the completion of the installation and commissioning work remains mid to late fourth quarter 2024.

Haydale Graphene Industries PLC - developer of materials using graphene and other nanomaterials - Announces a new contract agreement with Gerdau Graphene, a Gerdau Next company. The collaboration will facilitate the development of graphene infused product lines and synergy between the advanced materials. Haydale is "thrilled", by the deal which it says "enhances our market position".

Hellenic Dynamics PLC - Greece-based cultivator and supplier of pharmaceutical standard medical cannabis products - Says on Tuesday, Non-Executive Director Joseph Colliver loans company GBP5,000. Loan is unsecured and is repayable by the end of September. Further, Director Filippos Papadopoulos provides company with GBP11,000 cash facility. Facility is unsecured and is repayable by the end of October. Also on Tuesday, company agrees repayment schedule in relation to the winding-up petition brought against the company by Hill Dickinson LLP. As a result, Hill Dickinson LLP instructs solicitors to withdraw the petition and cease all action against the company.

Frontier IP Group PLC - London-based intellectual property commercialisation company - Welcomes announcement from portfolio company Pulsiv Ltd that it has launched a 65 Watt USB-C reference design. Pulsiv describes the technology as "ground-breaking". Frontier had an 18.2% stake in Pulsiv as at December 31, 2023.

TomCo Energy PLC - oil development firm operating in US using technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources - On Monday, wholly owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy agrees to deal with Tar Sands Holdings II LLC and Endeavor Capital Group LLC to redeem its 10% membership interest in TSHII for USD1.6 million.

Zephyr Energy PLC - Rocky Mountain region-focused oil & gas company focused on responsible resource development and carbon-neutral operations - Says second quarter production rose 7% to 1,226 barrels of oil equivalent per day from 1,151 boepd in the first quarter. Points out production from the six wells operated by Slawson Exploration Co continued to be partially impacted by gas export infrastructure constraints. Production rates from the rest of the portfolio were in line with expectations. At the end of the quarter, 231 wells in Zephyr's portfolio were available for production compared to 230 wells at the end of the first quarter. Chief Executive Colin Harrington says: "I am delighted to report a fourth consecutive quarter of production growth from the Williston project. Our non-operated assets continue to deliver strong and robust cash flows, enabling us to cover all corporate costs and advance our operations at the Paradox Basin, Utah".

Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC - Glasgow-based cloud computing and connectivity provider - Confirms that the conditional contract with one of the largest exchange groups globally announced in February has now received regulatory approval. As a result, the deployment of services and recognition of revenue commences. Says the deal helps further underpin expectations for financial 2025. "We remain well-placed to satisfy the strong demand for our solutions," company says.
