(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Tirupati Graphite PLC - London-based flake graphite producer, with projects in Madagascar and Mozambique - Receives subscriptions for a further GBP300,000 of convertible loan notes on the same terms as the GBP4.5 million notes issued earlier in the year. Subscribers include Inland Global Ltd and certain directors. The latest CLN funding will be used to bridge requirements resulting from below-forecast performance due to delays with the planned operational turnaround at the Vatomina project and while the company explores additional financing options to complete the remaining phase of the operational improvement plan at Vatomina. In addition, names Arun Somani as interim chief executive, with immediate effect. Somani has been seconded from Inland Global, of which he is a director. Inland Global was a significant investor in both CLN issues. As a result James Nieuwenhuys becomes a non-executive director, transitioning from CEO. Executive Chair Mark Rollins says: "We are grateful for the continued support of Inland Global Ltd and other subscribers with the latest fundraising, and look forward to working closely together going forward." Adds: "We will update stakeholders later this month regarding the resumption of operations at Vatomina, funding, the re-listing of the shares and conversion of the loan notes due this year."

This follows the proactive disclosure in December 2024 by Tap Global of the results of an internal review of its anti-money laundering, counter-financing of terrorism and counter proliferation financing policies and procedures. During this review, Tap Global identified a discrepancy relating to suspicious activity reports and found that the number of SARs reported was inaccurate. As a result, Tap Global accepts that during April 2023 to June 2024 it did not follow internal reporting procedures relating to suspicious activity reporting. Tap Global says it the regulatory agreement has been reached through a collaborative process. Pays a financial penalty of GBP150,000 for the contravention.

----------

Smarttech247 Group PLC - cybersecurity services company - Publishes a shareholder circular setting out proposals to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM; re-register the company as a private limited company; and adopt new articles of association. Believes that continued growth can be better achieved as a private company and that the costs and management time currently associated with maintaining a public listing can be reinvested into high-impact areas of the business focused on growing client numbers, revenue and margins. Also believes strongly that if an acquisition of the company is considered, that a considerably higher valuation would be secured in a de-listed environment than if the company remained quoted, which would ultimately benefit all shareholders.
