Ormonde Mining PLC - gold explorer in Spain - Shareholder Thomas Anderson, who owns a 22% stake, proposes Brendan McMorrow and Keith O'Donnell be added to the board. Tom Barry, previously proposed by Anderson, withdrew his nomination. Ormonde is reviewing the request and will provide an update on reconvening its annual general meeting, which was adjourned on July 16.

Pensana PLC - London-based rare earths explorer - Engages ABG Sundal Collier to progress debt financing, expected to be a USD250 million, five-year facility. A bond issuance may take place in the fourth quarter. Enters 25-year lease agreement for the initial nine-hectare site for the rare-earth separation facility at Saltend Chemicals Park. Front end engineering design for Saltend and the Longonjo project in Angola are both expected to be complete in October, as scheduled. Expression of interest in the UK government's GBP1 billion Automotive Transformation Fund has been received positively.

Powerhouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley-based hydrogen producer - Grants Hydrogen Utopia International PLC an exclusive licence to use Powerhouse's DMG technology in Poland, Greece and Hungary. HUI will pay Powerhouse a further EUR625,000 plus royalties, on top of a EUR125,000 deposit already paid.
