Ferrexpo PLC - Baar, Switzerland-based company mines for iron ore pellets in Ukraine - Sees shareholder dissent at AGM, where 20% voted against the re-election of Lucio Genovese as a director; 23% voted against Vitalii Lisovenko re-election as a director; and 26% voted against the re-election of Kostyantin Zhevago as a director.
