Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC - Derbyshire, England-based agricultural lighting and monitoring systems provider - announces two new contracts in its Passive Fire Protection division with construction companies in London and Liverpool, together worth around GBP145,000. The Liverpool based contract is for a research facility and is valued at around GBP120,000, with revenue expected to be fully recognised within this financial year. The company has also recently completed another PFP project at an office block in the Strand, London, worth around GBP25,000. The division is currently working on projects in Nottingham, Manchester and Liverpool, and the PFP division has a current quoted pipeline worth in excess of GBP7 million.

ValiRx PLC - Hatfield Heath, England-based life sciences company focused on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health - provides update from wholly owned subsidiary Inaphaea BioLabs Ltd. Confirms the execution of an evaluation and commercial use agreement with UK based DLOC Biosystems Holdings Ltd to provide Inaphaea's patient derived cells for evaluation and commercial use in DLOC's state-of-the-art organ-on-a-chip technology. Inaphaea will be entitled to an upfront fee and a percentage of service royalties on commercialisation of the models. DLOC have an option to buy the commercialise rights in relating to the PDC. The deal is for a period of 12 months initially and may be extended in writing by mutual agreement.

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals PLC - biopharmaceutical company focused on treatments for blood diseases - announces the successful completion of the development of a clinical-grade assay designed to assess FLT3 protein expression in acute myeloid leukemia cells. The trials are expected to commence shortly at MD Anderson cancer center. The phase I clinical trials are planned to expand to the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center thereafter.

80 Mile PLC - mineral exploration in Greenland and Finland, formerly known as Bluejay Mining - announces a significant breakthrough in its ongoing exploration program in the Outokumpu Belt, Finland with the identification of high concentrations of helium at surface in select historical drill holes. Managing Director Eric Sondergaard says: "We are thrilled with the initial surface helium concentrations identified in the Outokumpu belt. These results exceed our expectations and provide strong evidence of the region's potential as a significant source of helium and other industrial gases."

Upland Resources Ltd - Jersey-based oil and gas company focused on Sarawak, Malaysia - says strategic Malaysian investor, K Meranun, approaches the company to participate in an equity subscription at 1.4 pence for just under 42.9 million shares. This is a 12% premium to Friday's closing price. Proceeds will provide GBP600,000 of additional working capital to support its immediate business plans in Sarawak.

Cizzle Biotechnology Holdings PLC - London diagnostics developer company, which is developing a blood test for the early detection of different forms of lung cancer - Selected by the Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida to test patients with suspicious lung nodules in a clinical evaluation using the company's proprietary CIZ1B biomarker assay. The collaboration with Moffitt arises from the progress being made by the company's US licensing partner Cizzle Bio Inc. Cizzle expects to announce further clinical evaluations with additional major cancer centres and clinics this year. Sees agreement generating a further USD300,000 advance royalty fees.

UK Oil & Gas PLC - London-based energy company - Says its strategic Dorset salt cavern hydrogen storage project, operated by its wholly owned subsidiary UK Energy Storage receives further key letter of support from The Solent Cluster. T5he Solent Cluster is one of six large UK industrial clusters planning to decarbonise via a switch to hydrogen and other sustainable low-carbon power sources.

Pantheon Resources PLC - oil and gas company focused on developing the Ahpun and Kodiak onshore oil fields in Alaska - Approvals granted for construction of a gravel pad at Megrez. The Megrez-1 well will be drilled from this gravel pad, rather than from an ice pad because it allows for year-round operations, significantly advancing the schedule for drilling and testing programme by removing the constraint of a winter operating window. Pantheon expects to receive all remaining permits in the coming months, to allow spudding of the Megrez-1 well in the fourth quarter. The well is estimated by management to have a 69% geological chance of success and will target the eastern topset sands in Ahpun. Planning for the well operations is advancing on schedule.
