(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Anglo Asian Mining PLC - Azerbaijan-focused miner - Reports total full-year gold production of 16,760 gold equivalent ounces, down 47% on-year from 31,821GEOs. This aligns with the firm's previous guidance of between 15,000 and 19,500GEOs. Fourth-quarter production more than doubles year-on-year to 8,450GEOs from 3,080GEOs following resumption of full processing at Gedabek mine. Anticipates issuing full-year production guidance for 2025 during the first quarter of the year. Chief Executive Reza Vaziri says: "I am pleased to report on another significant quarter for Anglo Asian Mining as we return to regular rates of production following the partial suspension. We are also pleased to have achieved full-year production in line with guidance, as we successfully resumed normal operations for our agitation leaching and flotation processing plants at Gedabek."
----------
Angus Energy PLC - UK-focused onshore oil and gas developer - Estimates revenue for its fourth quarter is up approximately 19% on-quarter to GBP6.1 million from GBP5.1 million. Owes this increase primarily to increases in gas prices in the winter months. Says production from its Saltfleetby Field was 517 million standard cubic feet of natural gas and 9,387 barrels of gas condensate over the period, and adds that Brockham Field produced 2,130 barrels of crude oil. Reports gas sales of 5.73 million therms in the fourth quarter for the Saltfleetby Field. Adds that the new booster compressor was shipped from the US in December and is scheduled to arrive in the UK in two weeks.
----------
Kefi Gold & Copper PLC - mining company focused on the Arabian-Nubian shield - Receives Umm Hijlan Exploration Licence for its Gold and Minerals SLA joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Secures licence following a competitive bidding process. Notes that the licence consolidates a 210 square kilometre area for GMCO and offers prospect of adding "additional oxide and sulphide resources to the advanced Hawiah Copper-Gold-Zinc-Silver Project". Executive Chair Harry Anagnostaras-Adams says: "The EL potentially increases the strike length of the already- "JORC'd" mineralised structure from [around] 5 kilometres to 9 kilometres. Being a continuation of the same VMS system, these potential resources are likely to turbocharge the economics of the Hawiah Project."
----------
Coro Energy PLC - South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio - Says a further 47 sites in Vietnam are now operational and generating revenue. Adds that this equates to around 1.4 megawatts and that the 3 remaining sites have been temporarily deferred. Brings current total operational sites with Mobile World Group in Vietnam to 84 sites, around 2.6 megawatts, with estimated annual run-rate cash flows of approximately USD350,000. It now has a total of 5.6 megawatts of operating Commercial & Industrial rooftop solar assets in Vietnam, generating run-rate cash flows of around USD600,000 per year.
----------
Great Southern Copper PLC - Chile-focused copper, gold and lithium explorer - Says diamond drilling commenced on January 5 at Mostaza mine as part of its phase 1 drilling programme at Cerro Negro project in northern Chile. Says drilling confirms depth continuity and thickness of historical high-grade copper, silver and gold resource. Chief Executive Sam Garrett says: "Our drilling programme at the Mostaza mine is progressing well with the second hole now complete and the third underway. We look forward to providing further updates as we continue to build our understanding of this promising target."
