LONDON (Alliance News) - Trackwise Designs PLC on Tuesday started trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of GBP15.5 million.
The company, which provides specialist products using printed circuit technology, raised GBP7 million via a share issue at 105 pence per share. Trackwise Designs now has 14.8 million shares in total.
The company shares were trading at 118.00p each on Tuesday morning.
Arden Partners PLC acted as nominated adviser and broker to the company.
Last week, Trackwise Designs said the IPO would support its growth and increase its corporate profile.
