LONDON (Alliance News) - TR Property Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday said its chairman will retire after its annual general meeting in July.
Caroline Burton will step down after the trust's meeting on July 26 and will be replaced by Hugh Seaborn, currently the group's senior independent director.
Shares in the company closed down 0.2% at 274.20 pence on Tuesday.
