(Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed interdealer broker TP ICAP PLC on Tuesday said that it has hired Angela Crawford-Ingle as a non-executive director effective from March 16.
Crawford-Ingle is currently a senior independent director & audit committee chair at asset manager River & Mercantile Group PLC. She is also a non-executive director & audit committe chair at Lloyds of London.
She was previously non-executive director at insurance group Beazley PLC, and senior independent director at insurance retailer Swinton Group Ltd.
"We are very pleased to welcome Angela to the board of the company. She brings substantial experience, both from her executive career, as well as from her directorship roles, and will be a great addition," said TP ICAP Chair Richard Berliand.
TP ICAP shares were trading 0.2% up at 399.10 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
