LONDON (Alliance News) - Africa-focused oil and gas company Tower Resources PLC said it has issued shares to cover payments for services it received in the second quarter.
Tower said it has issued 26.2 million shares to PDF Ltd, its outsourced exploration department, for services provided in the quarter ending June 30. PDF is owned by Tower Managing Director Mark Enfield.
The shares were issued at 0.2028 pence per share. Tower shares were down 3.0% to 0.1649 pence on Tuesday.
