LONDON (Alliance News) - Tower Resources PLC on Tuesday said it has issued shares to cover payments due on services provided to the company in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Tower said it has issued 15.1 million shares at 0.666 pence per share, raising a total of GBP100,566. Tower shares were down 3.8% to 0.101 pence Tuesday.
The AIM-listed oil and gas company said 13.6 million of the shares have been issued to PDF Ltd, with the remaining 1.5 million issued to QX Energy Ltd.
